Client was Speeding 104 MPH. Both tickets were reduced to a non reportable disposition (no points) with just a simple fine and no other requirements so that the 2 tickets did not go on the client’s DMV driving record and did not negatively impact client’s car insurance without client having to appear at court

Client found not guilty after a 2 day jury trial based on the defense that he had no intent to not report accident since he parked at the parking lot where he was going which was close to the accident and then went into the building.

Client was found not guilty of DUI at a jury trial. Client’s had a .12 breath test result. At trial defense showed that the breath test result was not reliable based on possible contamination due to mouth alcohol resulting from client’s acid reflux medical condition.

Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute was dismissed by the prosecutor based on defense’s Double Jeopardy motion. Client was initially charged with speeding in this case. After being given his speeding ticket, the police officer smelled marijuana and arrested client for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute based on finding a large amount of marijuana in the trunk of the client’s car. Client first plead guilty to the speeding case and was sentenced by the Judge. A few months thereafter, the Defense put forth its Double Jeopardy motion.

All charges are dismissed with an arrest expungment based upon client completing a 6 month Pre-trial Diversion Dismissal program which includes a fine, defensive driving, drug and alcohol evaluation with negative drug screens, community service and no new charges.
